Welcome to the world of Minesweeper, an engaging puzzle game that challenges your intelligence with increasingly difficult levels.
Minesweeper was originally built as a default entertainment program on the Microsoft Windows operating system. This means that when you install Windows on your computer or laptop, Minesweeper is also installed. However, today, you can play this game on online gaming platforms or even on mobile phones.
The player's task is to open all the squares that do not contain mines. If you accidentally choose a square containing a mine, you will lose immediately. There are three levels in the game, including
Players start with a blank grid of squares, which is considered a “minefield.”
Choose any square. At this point, two things can happen. If the square you choose contains a mine, the game ends. On the other hand, if the square you choose does not contain a mine, another square will open with the same number. This number indicates the number of mines in the 8 adjacent squares.
If you suspect that a square contains a mine, mark it with a flag.
If the 8 adjacent squares of a square already have the number of mines shown in the number shown in the square and there are still other empty squares, then those squares do not have mines.
